After buying a Rokinon 8mm Fisheye lens I was eager to try some timelapse video with it. A sunrise in my favorite spot on Hoover Reservoir was a good first subject.
Unfortunately I underestimated the width of the lens field of view and had to crop some distracting tree branches out of the frames. Still, I’m pretty pleased with it and it was good practice.
This is 980 shots taken 3 seconds apart in aperture mode at ISO:100 and f11. The shutter varied from 1/10 to 1/320. The music is me messing around with a guitar, an Audiobox USB and Studio One 2.. one two?… One version 2?… uh, recording software. Make sure to click HD for the best version.
